Kory was an asset to us during the selling and purchasing of our homes. He made sure we received a fair selling price and negotiated for us to make the purchase our new home and did so with the highest professionalism. Kory was more than generous with his time, making sure that all of our needs were met. There were several challenges during the process that could have been stressful but Kory put us at ease through the entire process. His patience, knowledge, attention to detail and sacrifice of time was incredible. He answered all questions and was straightforward with us. Kory’s personality was definitely a strength as we made our decisions. We really can’t say enough about how happy we were with the positive experience and most importantly the results from Kory Gilliland.

I highly recommend Kory! He helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was very patient as we looked at 12 homes in one day; plus the other multiple weekends he spent with us giving his advise. Additionally, he cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. My wife and I didn't really know what we wanted, but Kory truly understood the thing important to me and my wife. We've used other agents in the past for both personal residents and rental properties, but with Kory, we have an agent for life!

What a fantastic experience working with Kory! He managed every detail of our sale, from start to finish, with the utmost professionalism. We've sold a number of homes over the years and this was by far the best experience we've had. Kory's knowledge of the local market as well as local contractors and services really saved the day. He guided us calmly and efficiently through a simultaneous close -- not an easy feat with multiple lenders and title companies involved! And on top of everything else, he's just a genuinely nice guy. Five stars aren't enough!!!

Kory helped us to find both a rental and a house to purchase. We was willing to work around my busy schedule and show houses based on my availability. He was always on time and very knowledgable about the house and surrounding neighborhood. When looking for houses on our own, we would call and leave messages with no response but with Kory, he returned every call and email in an incredibly timely fashion.He listened to our likes and dislikes and chose viewings based on our feedback. Kory took the pain out of house hunting and made it an enjoyable experience. I will recommend him to all of my friends, family and anyone else that asks about a real estate agent. He is as good as they get!!

Kory stepped up and worked with me around the clock in order for me to get a place. He was always available and worked a holiday weekend. Kory has an awesome personality and work ethic. This guy is on point!!
